Privacy Policy

Quoridor is built to need as little of your data as possible. We don't sell
your data, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers.
What we store
- Account details — if you create an account, we store your username,
email address, and a salted, hashed password (never the plaintext). If you
sign in with Google, we store the Google account identifier instead.
- Game data — your ELO rating, win/loss record, and the moves of your
finished ranked games (used for your match history and replay).
- Feedback — if you send feedback, we store your message and any email
you choose to include so we can follow up.
- On your device — we use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and
browser
localStorage for preferences (sound, colour-blind mode)
and guest stats. These stay on your device.
How we use it
Only to run the game: authenticate you, match you with opponents, keep ratings
and history, and respond to feedback. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your choices
You can play as a guest without an account. You can clear local data any time
by clearing your browser storage. To delete your account or request a copy of
your data, email awesomedragon4215@gmail.com.
Children
Quoridor is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect
their personal information.
